  • Sunbirds reachs final in CleanTech Republic 2015 Prize.

    2015 is the year of the 2015 Paris Climate Coference (COP21). And solutions does exist ! Since 7 years now, this is in a nutshell what is claimed from CleanTech Republic, through events like the Eco-friendly Start-up Price, which award winners will be disclosed in early December, during the COP21.

    This event gets sponsorship from EDF, KIC InnoEnergy, Bpifrance, La Tribune and Maddyness.

  • Sunbirds awarded €30,000 with the Bourse French Tech.

    The ’Bourse French Tech’ is financially backed by both BPI France (Banque Publique d’Investissement) and INPI (Institut national de la Propriété Industrielle). It aims at financially assisting high potential young companies to cover the first expenses during the go-to-market critical phase.

  • Sunbirds reachs final in a national competition.

    The competition aimed to highlight innovation addressing spot needs for energy companies. These needs were split up in 8 areas, including the Monitoring of aerial networks.

    The examining committee was composed of Erdf executives, Smart Grids French representatives, and more commonly key figures of economic, industrial, politic and academic world.

  • Sunbirds is a winner of the Lisbon Challenge.

    Sunbirds is a winner of the Lisbon Challenge, an ambitious 3-month acceleration program aimed at eager international tech startups in prototype or product phase, looking for a truly innovative and empowering experience.

    Among its 130 alumni startups, 3 joigned the YCombinator, 7 the Seedcamp, and 40% got invested.

  • Sunbirds joins the Business Incubation Center of the European Space Agency (ESA BIC)

    Sunbirds just joined the Business Incubation Centre of the European Space Agency (ESA BIC).

    Founded in 2013, the ESA BIC promotes entrepreneurship based on technology transfer from the spatial domain to other domains, and the development of services and applications from space technologies.
